Continuous improvement is an ongoing cycle of review and evaluation of the processes and procedures in our organisaton. Targeted for improvement is organizational efficacy, which involves the process of setting organizational goals and objectives. SNP+ adopting some technique for Performance improvement at the operational or individual employee level with yearly evaluation and capacity build-up training.

- Increased number of Members joining at Network.
- Different Government Sectors as well as corporate sectors are coming ahead to support SNP+ programme.

- Nowadays Network started working on other issues which are directly associated or not associated with PLHIV issues. Like mainstreaming marginalized children into formal school (Asha Kiran Programme), THALI programme to identify general TB patient.
